Amnesty Amersfoort organiseert daar een aantal acties:

 

1. Zij houdt daar een doorlopende schrijfactie.

2. Rond 18 uur kun je onder het genot van een Afghaanse maaltijd meedoen aan het spel "een avondje gerechtigheid"

3. En om 20:30 uur start een film over vluchtelingen: "Mind Game" (Afghanistan). Toegang vrij!

 

Sajid Khan Nasiri (18, Afghanistan) is one of thousands of unaccompanied refugee children who arrive in Western Europe every year in search of protection. They have often had a life-threatening journey - which they call 'the game' - for many years. In the country of arrival they hope to be able to go to school and start a new life. But then a new game begins: 'the mind game'. Being a child, how do you deal with the enormous mental pressure of the journey, with distrustful authorities, and disturbing messages from the home front? The Mind Game is an intimate documentary about the psychological pressure that young refugees face, mostly filmed from a first hand perspective.

 

Na de film zal een van de makers, Els van Driel, nog een nagesprek verzorgen.
